I am passionate about creating delicious plant based recipes and finding accessible solutions to help everyone bring more enjoyable and healthful eating into their lives.  There has been a recent explosion in wholefood cook books, which is wonderful!  But many of them contain time consuming processes and expensive ingredients.  I  simplify instructions and give tips on how to incorporate more nutritious food into your life- everyday.
